When will I stop being billed? |

When you resign, we stop billing you immediately. You will not be billed from that day forward, unless you reinstate your Chemistry subscription. |

How do I reinstate my subscription? |

Simply contact us, and we'll help you reinstate your subscription. |

I subscribed to a 3-month package and have used only one month. If I resign, will I be refunded for the remaining two months? |

No, we do not pro-rate subscriptions. If you resign after your first month, your subscription will remain active for the remainder of your initial term. During that time you'll be able to see new matches and use the guided communication tools with active matches. |

Will I still be able to interact with my matches if I resign my subscription? |

You will be able to interact with your active matches and receive new matches throughout the duration of your subscription. For example, if you subscribe for one month on February 1st and you resign on February 15th of the same year, your subscription will be active until March 1st. |

What happens to my profile if I resign? |

When you resign your membership, we immediately hide your profile and photos from other members. |

How do I resign from Chemistry? |

To resign, visit My Account and click on Resign Membership and Remove Profile. |
